My daughter gave me a book, A Grandmother's Life. A journal with prompts to tell a life story. Although my life isn't over yet (not trying to mess up karma here) but my memory is starting to feel...rusty. My brain being every day of 66 years old now.
So, a great time to start to answer these prompts. But, the journal pages themselves are small and leave little room for responding in a robust way. My son in law suggested I type/print/attach answers to the pages. But..
since I've been paying to park this domain for about a decade now, let's go ahead and put something behind it.
Onward to telling stories. And, thank you, Shannon Patricia Kehoe Shaffer, for asking questions. Scott, thank you for the digital suggestion for answers. And Lily and Theo, I love you to pieces. This is your Gigi's story - at least till now!
